A Discovery
out of habit
a gaze fixed
on the curtain/dirt stain, a halo of
stain,
a toast to the health of unhealthy
thoughts/
to the health of a castrated brain
old dust/aggregate of tattoos
in the shape of a tendril
supporting a twisted skein of guilt
& injustice
today
out of habit/his glasses shatter—
a discovery.
